A woman is suspended in a dark cell. A man sits at a desk and speaks into a microphone. He is her inquisitor, lover and would be assassin.
Here begins an anarchic struggle for the truth as the woman's whole body electronically subverts, manipulates and transforms the dialogue. Jumping and splintering through digital media, and fracturing across multiple TV's, video projections and acoustic spaces, a Spiral Fiction of spectacular audio-visual interchange results.
EDT open up a new domain of cyborg art via Bodycoder, an interactive media performance system from performer Julie Wilson and composer/software developer Mark Bromwich.
