The Smallest Room was commissioned by Brighton Festival, with a further co-commission for a touring show from Arnolfini, De La Warr Pavilion and The Green Room. The piece was co-directed and choreographed by Charlie Morrissey and Becky Edmunds in collaboration with Alex Bradley, Paul Harrington, Laurence Potter, Sarah Hardy and John Varah.
The piece explored people's private relationships to their bodies using the bathroom as a site. Initially performed as a site specific piece in The Corn Exchange, Brighton, it went on to be adapted for touring.
