Rivca Rubin
Former Director of Physical State International, since 1998 Rivca Rubin has been specialising in individual and team development, and is renowned for being engaging, direct and inspiring. Her expertise lies in unleashing creative thinking, facilitating interpersonal and interdepartmental communications, understanding and managing change and conflict situations, to create and maintain positive and productive working environments.
Rivca had a succesful career as a practitioner and producer in the performing arts from 1980 - 1995 and was a research fellow at Manchester Metropolitan University from 1997 - 2001. She has studied Philosophy and System Thinking and has extensive training and experience in movement and BodyMind techniques. Her original training was in classical ballet, contemporary dance, physical theatre and improvisation.
Rivca has an M.Sc in Applied Behavioural Sciences, is an NLP Master Practitioner, Independent Trainer of NVC, and has Level I Certification in Spiral Dynamics.
